Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at Bronco Trucking. The right candidate for this role is an expert in the freight and logistics space, loves solving complex problems, and has experience successfully managing and developing employees into upward career paths.

Accounting & Billing Specialist

Our Accounting & Billing Specialist will be responsible for invoicing, billing, and other accounting duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a knack for learning new systems, an extreme attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and multi-task. This position requires proficiency in computer skills and software.

Trucking Dispatcher

Our Trucking Dispatcher will schedule and dispatch drivers as well as communicate truck breakdown issues and coordinate schedule changes and cancellations to appropriate contacts. The best candidate for this role will find ease in communicating effectively with others (you’re not afraid to pick up the phone!), is an experienced customer service representative, and has knowledge of dispatching, Department of Transportation/FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations. Familiarity with load boards such DAT and TruckStop is preferred.

Sales Associate

Our Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new shipper and broker relationships through lead generation, calling prospective brokers/shippers, and following up on referrals. The ideal candidate will have some sales or customer service experience, will understand how to manage new and existing accounts, will take initiative to quickly build rapport with others.  

On-Site Mechanic

Our On-Site Mechanic will perform the mechanical functions and duties of inspecting, checking, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical equipment in our diesel trucks in order to maintain high levels of safety in Bronco Trucking vehicles. The best candidate will have experience in equipment maintenance and repair as well as a mechanical background with an emphasis on diesel engines. Safety, accuracy, and attention to detail is critical for this role.
